Lisa is a certified 280hr yoga teacher and personal trainer certified through the International Sports Science Association. Passionate about the body and how it strengthens, stretches, and moves, she also studied Vedic Thai Bodywork through the Vedic Conservatory with founder, Michael “Mukti” Buck. With over 150 hours of in person training and over 50 clinical hands-on feedback sessions she became certified in this modality in 2025. She believes in a holistic approach to increasing flexibility, range of motion, strength, and joint mobility. Lisa blends her knowledge from the gym, the studio, and the futon to bring Assisted Asana and Passive Stretching to her offerings.

Assisted Asana is a combination of techniques that include being gently guided through passive stretches and yoga poses while applying rhythmic pressure, compressions and traction. The goal is to calm the nervous system, increase range of motion and improve energy flow, restoring natural balance to the body, mind and spirit. Assisted Asana is offered one-on-one, and in weekly classes.
